Whether you chose to attempt a Challenge Rift or simply inspected the Obelisk in the previous quest, meet Charsi at her Smithy at Rakkis Square. Speak to her and she will express that most of Rakkis Square is now open for business and suggests you visit the Market. She will also have a gift waiting for you at the Armor Rack, for helping her sisters in the Dark Wood. Inspect the rack to obtain Charsi's Gift and complete the quest. This begins the next quest: Trading at the Market.
