The Risen Dead is a Quest in Diablo Immortal. Quests refer to objectives and tasks that are tied to game progression. The Risen Dead is one of the Main Quests in Ashwold Cemetery. Main Quests drive the narrative forward and require completion in order to advance in the Main Campaign. They are done in sequential order from zone to zone and cannot be skipped.
Wortham is safe for now, but a new threat arises in the nearby village of Ashwold. Hurry to the cemetery and uncover the plot of the rogue necromancer, Lethes.
The Risen Dead Quest Information
The Risen Dead is the first quest in the Ashwold Cemetery Storyline. It follows directly after the Prologue and leads to the The Exiled Apprentice quest upon completion.
This quest concerns your arrival to Ashwold Cemetery as you search for leads on Xul's wayward apprentice Lethes who has acquired a Worldstone Shard.

- Defend Samina from the Grave Robbers and then speak with her

To reach Ashwold Cemetery, exit through the west gate of Wortham town and follow the path to the northwest through the forest to find the portal.
Upon arrival, head north through the main gates where you will encounter Samina running away from three Grave Robbers. Defeat the enemies and speak to Samina. She will request that you help her husband Ulric back at their home in the north. Take the pathYou will eventually come across the Groundskeeper's Home surrounded by more Grave Robbers and Gordon the Jackal, a minor boss. Defeat all the enemies and speak to Ulric who will direct you towards the Crypt of the Honored Dead in the east, beginning the next quest: The Exiled Apprentice.
The Risen Dead Notes, Trivia, Tips & Tricks
- From this quest onwards, you will be earning Codex rewards for completing objectives such as defeating certain enemies. It is best to save these until you reach Level 17 when you will unlock the Battle Pass feature. Saving your rewards until then will allow you to gain Battle Points for previously completed Codex objectives, giving you an advantage in your progression.
