Belts in Diablo Immortal are Accessories that provide buffs to players in the game. They are accessories fitted into the Waist item slot. Accessories include Neck Accessories, amulets, and charms and are sorted into the the Neck, Waist, Ring, Feet and Hand Slots and are considered a player's secondary gear. A Character has one Waist Slot in total and they can be equipped along with other accessories fitted into different slots. These accessories are also sorted into different sets. As long as a player has an open slot, an accessory can be fitted to fill the spot, adding on more bonuses. Equipping multiple items form the same set will increase the bonus effects. These bonuses provide additional effects to your character including increased Life, ability duration, damage, defense, skill ranks or other unique effects.
What are the Different Accessories in Diablo Immortal?
The Accessories found in Diablo Immortal are sorted into items fitted into specfic slots as a character's secondary gear. The following are the available secondary gear slots. Set Item slots can be unlocked by playing on hell 4 Difficulty ot higher.

- Boots (Feet)
How do I find Accessory Sets?
These accessories and sets can be obtained after completing dungeons and facing the boss fight. Two will be available weekly that will provide bonuses to these drop rates. For a higher chance at obtaining these rare items, complete the weekly dungeons.
What are Set Items in Diablo Immortal?
Set items are accessories that are tiered like Legendary Items, but are also fitted to the secondary gear slot. These are accessed once a character reaches the max character level and unlocks Hell 1 difficulty. They are usually accompanied by a set bonus which increases according to how many items of the same set are equipped.
Can I Upgrade Set Items?
These items are also available for upgrade to Rank 10 with the Blacksmith.
