Legends of Eld is a Quest in Diablo Immortal. Quests refer to objectives and tasks that are tied to game progression. Legends of Eld is one of the Main Quests in Westmarch. Main Quests drive the narrative forward and require completion in order to advance in the Main Campaign. They are done in sequential order from zone to zone and cannot be skipped.

To prepare for the Dark Wood, you must upgrade your weaponry. Xul mentioned asking Cain to inspect the weapon you found in Ashwold.

Legends of Eld Quest Information

Legends of Eld is the fourth quest in the Westmarch Part 1 Storyline. It follows directly after Fragments of the Past and leads to the Braving the Rift quest upon completion.

This quest involves finding ways to upgrade your weaponry, starting with learning about Weapon Sockets and Legendary Gems, as well as the Elder Rift.

Directly after the previous quest, speak to Cain once more at his workshop and have him inspect the Weapon you obtained in Ashwold Cemetery. He will teach you about weapon sockets and point you towards some research on Legendary Gems somewhere in the room. Examine the glowing circle to the right of the room to reveal a short cutscene showing a gem being socketed into a weapon and empowering it. Speak to Cain once again. He will mention the Elder Rift and a rumor about a breakthrough the local mages have made regarding it. He will then tell you to ask Charsi about the rumors.

Exit the Workshop and speak to Charsi just outside. After a brief conversation about your next objective, she will conclude that you need better equipment and will lead you to the Elder Rift. Follow her northeast to the Palace Courtyard and the Elder Rift stones to begin the next quest: Braving the Rift.
