Cosmetics for Diablo Immortal are aesthetics or skins applied to the characters available in the game and are fitted to each of the Classes. Currently, the cosmetics available are obtained through Pre-Registration as a DLC. Pre-register on the official website to unlock the exclusive cosmetics, Horadrim Cosmetic Set at launch. Upon the launch of the game, more cosmetic options will become available to unlock and customize. These cosmetics may be regularly released and may be obtained through regular gameplay or by purchasing a Battle Pass.

Cosmetics will allow players to change their overall look and appearances according to their aesthetic preferences. This will not affect any gear stats or abilities that the player has equipped. Each cosmetic item will have a version for each class and will be styled to fit each class.
