Manoruk the Gatekeeper is a Mini-boss or Rare Monster in Diablo Immortal. Manoruk the Gatekeeper is located at the Ashwold Cemetery zone. Mini-bosses are special Monsters that can be defeated to complete Quests, progress through the game and to acquire special Equipment such as Weapons, Armor, and Set Items. They also have a higher amount of HP and are distinctively unique with their own set of moves.

Strategy Writeup
Manoruk the Gatekeeper will be one of the mini-bosses you'll encounter before facing the Skeleton King. Manoruk will often summon Skeletel Minions to fight alongside him, take out the archers first before killing the Shieldbearers and Warriors, as they pose a greater threat and can overwhelm your team when multiple spawns of minions are all over the area. Manoruk will also channel a large circle on the ground indicating that he will cast an AoE attack, when the inner circle reaches the edge of the outer circle, it will explode, damaging players caught within the area and knocking them back.
Once you've managed to drop his health to about 50%, he will summon three walls of Skeletal Skulls that move and go across the room. You can avoid this by moving to a safe spot in the center of the room and try to maneuver between the Skeletal Skulls. If there's a Necromancer Class in your team, they can summon a Bone Wall or Bone Armor to absorb the Skeletal Skull's damage.
